During the construction phase, REVEL Builders provides a wide range of services based on the client’s needs. Our services are flexible and adaptable to the project’s requirements. We work closely with all parties to ensure smooth execution, tackling challenges quickly to maintain quality and meet project timelines.

Close-out kicks off in the preconstruction phase with the inclusion of close-out requirements in the bid packages and wraps up with thorough staff training and full system operation. The project is considered complete only once the client is fully satisfied and all systems are fully functional.

Known as “Lump Sum” or “Hard Bid” contracting, REVEL Builders assumes full responsibility for all construction activities. This responsibility arises from a price competition based on the contract documents provided by the Owner, ensuring the project is completed within the agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.

As the Design-Build Entity, REVEL Builders subcontracts architectural and engineering services, acting as the single point of contact. Partnering with a selected architect or licensed entity, they collaborate to deliver design and construction services within a set cost and timeline to meet the Owner’s needs.
